 Polyamorous
NYC is an organization designed to nurture a prosperous polyamorous
community in New York City. The group is diverse, including individuals,
couples and groups of all orientations and genders. What brings
us together is our shared interest in long-term, romantically-comitted,
multiple-partner relationships.
In addition to the annual Poly Pride Day, we host two monthly meetings:
Discussion meetings
The monthly Polyamorous NYC discussion meetings occur on the third Wednesday of every month at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center. Each meeting typically centers on a topic, chosen in advance by the facilitator. For more information about the types of topics we discuss, below is a list of some topics from past meetings. If you miss a meeting, and want to learn about what transpired, click on the topic name for a full summary.

 Polyamorous
NYC values inclusion and diversity. Whereas our first interest is
in polyamory itself, because we meet at the Center, naturally we
have a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender focus. At the same
time, we welcome and encourage membership from supportive Polyamorous
Heterosexuals. We have common ground which needs to be explored
together. The primary requirements for membership are an active
interest in the urban Polyamorous community and a supportive view
of the Gay community at large.
