Wednesday, 16th at 8pm
Polyamorous NYC Discussion Group
PolyNYC meeting in Room 101 at the Center. We meet on the third Wednesday of every month. This month's topic is Making Poly/Mono Relationships Work, Part 2, facilitated by renowned relationship coach and sex educator, Marcia Baczynski. Being in love with someone who has a different relationship style than you do can be challenging at best. But a great relationship is possible even when one partner is polyamorous and one is monogamous. In this follow-up last year's talk, relationship coach Marcia Baczynski will further explore poly/mono pairings, and how to make them work for everyone involved. How do you negotiate boundaries and agreements that work for both of you? How can each person be satisfied, fulfilled and thrilled within a poly/mono pairing? How do you take care of what is most important to you when the goals seem to be mis-matched? These questions and more will be answered. Marcia Baczynski is a relationship coach and sex educator who has been involved with numerous projects on polyamory. She is the co-founder of the international phenomenon Cuddle Party and has made appearances on NPR, Montel Williams, Penn and Teller's Bullshit, SexTV and in Marie Claire, GQ and the Washington Post. This is her third appearance speaking for Poly-NYC.
